Noble Nose 15-Day Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2025

1. Return Window & Eligibility
• Return Period: Most items can be returned within 15 days of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be in resalable condition—new or lightly used.
• Exclusions: Prescription medications, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund:
• Items should be unused or lightly used.
• Include all original parts and accessories.
• Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
• Items should not be damaged, stained, odorous, or altered.

3. Proof of Purchase

Provide your order number from confirmation emails or your account. A physical receipt is not required but is helpful if available.

4. Return Process
1. Contact Support: Email noblenose217@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Label: If applicable, we’ll issue a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely (original packaging recommended).
4. Ship the Item: Use the provided label or follow instructions for donation-with-refund when appropriate.

5. Return less Refunds Option

In certain cases, we may offer a return less refund. If eligible, you’ll receive a full refund without needing to return the item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for standard returns:
• Prescription medications, unless incorrect or damaged.
• Digital gift cards or personalized items.
• Items labeled “Final Sale” at purchase.
• For defective final-sale items, a case-by-case review may allow a refund or replacement.
