Exchange Policy

At Noble Nose, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange process to ensure you get the right product for your pet.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats, supplements)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@noblenose.store with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address if applicable.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out the replacement product.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item once the exchange is approved.

5. Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and another 3–7 business days for delivery of the exchanged item.
